Comprises of a stainless steel boiling pan with steam jacket. A tilting pan is located at the bottom of the boiling pan. All raw materials are loaded into the top through a man hole. Cooked mass can be discharged from the bottom. The speed of agitater is variable by means of D.C. drive or two speed A.C. drive. The drive and housing are fitted on the top. Steam pressure 8 - 10 bar. Batch cooker is suitable for production of hard candy, caramel, toffee, etc. capacity of vessel 40 kgs. for candy and 50 kgs. for toffee. Vacuum pump can be attached for candy operation.
