BATCH FORMER - BF 45

Comprises of four conical Stainless rollers. The trough is also fabricated out of Stainless steel. Rollers can be dismantled easily for cleaning. Holding capacity of through is 45 kgs. sugar mass. The mass is formed into a sugar cone by four conical rollers. Reversing the direction of movement of roller is done electrically instead of mechanical so less maintenance. Rollers are heated electrically by a heater provided underneath the rollers.
