To assure efficient, cost effective mold production, we verify all part geometry for optimum Configuration, anticipating problem areas before expensive mold machining takes palace. Our integrated CAD/CAM network helps us to meet our cusomers'shortened lead times by giving our moldmakers a greater degree of control : they can access a solid model, interrogate it for dimensions, and begin machining electrodes and roughing out steel almost immediately without the need for blueprints.
