Candies are packed in pillow pack style. Any cross-section of sweet - Ovel, Square, Rectangular, circular possible on this machine. Speed 800 pieces / minute. Flexibility of wrapper use - PVC, CPP, Aluminum Foil Poly, Metalised Polyester & any kind of heat sealable laminate possible. Two independent motors one for the main drive & an other one for driving the brush. Photocell for print registration provided. Two pairs of heated rollers for longitudinal sealing cylinders and jaws available in various sizes depending on product dimensions. Double disc feeder. |
The formats can be easily & quickly changed to accommodate different type of sweets. No wrapper- no sweet mechanism meaning paper will not flow if sweet is missing the slot of the rotary disk. The twisting time of the twisting fingers could be either increased or decreased according to the type of packing material used. Machine has an excellent lubrication system. in order to facilitate cleaning of the machine the paper attachment can be swiveled over 90º to the left. |
