Comprises of rotary table, ploughs and star roll. Rotary table and star are rotating and ploughs are stationery. The table star and ploughs are provided with water circulation system with jacket. Gap between table and star can be adjusted by means of hand wheel.
Mixing and kneading of ingredients such as acids, flavours, etc. in a homogeneous manner and ensuring bubble free mass. Can knead the sugar mass 40 to 50 kgs. per 4 min. cycle.
