BATCH FORMER - BF 45
Comprises of four conical Stainless rollers. The trough is also fabricated out of Stainless steel. Rollers can be dismantled easily for cleaning. Holding capacity of through is 45 kgs. sugar mass. The mass is formed into a sugar cone by four conical rollers. Reversing the direction of movement of roller is done electrically instead of mechanical so less maintenance. Rollers are heated electrically by a heater provided underneath the rollers

ROPE SIZER - RS 3
Comprises of three set of sizing wheels fabricated out of gun Metal / Bronze. Frist, horizontal set of sizing wheels is the pulling station. The speed of rope sizer is variable and can be independently controlled from Batch Former. Can deliver a rope of variable size from setting of eccentric mechanism. At pulling station of rope size the sugar cone is pulled out of the Batch Former and delivered to the following sizing roller in uniform manner and preset quantity. A heater is provided under both the size wheels to warm up during a cold start. |
